Can we use the equity in our lot as our down payment?

Yes, equity can be used as all or part of your down payment and closing cost.

Can we design any kind of house?

Yes, we will draw a free preliminary for you to suit your desires and needs.

Where do you build?

Houston area and an approximate 75 mile radius outside Houston.

What type of foundation comes with my plan?

Engineered steel reinforced monolithic foundation.

Can you purchase our lot for us and include it in our permanent mortgage?

Yes, we can purchase your lot and also pay off your lot if you've already purchased it.

Does the company provide you with a warranty on your home?

Covenant Homes, Inc. will provide you with a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, which covers workmanship and materials for one year, major mechanical systems through year two and major structural defects through year ten. (See links page for more info on Home Buyers Warranty)

Are you a VA and FHA approved builder?

We're a VA and FHA approved builder and many custom builders are not.
